Avoiding sabotage grocery buys

We have all fallen prey to those buy one, get one free deals or that yummy something that seems to call our name at the checkout counter, throwing our healthier choices out the window. Brian Wansink, Phd. and author of the book "Mindless Eating" suggests making a rule to purchase a non-food item (magazine) with that impuse buy (candy bar), suddenly your spending $7 on candy bar...Food for thought!
