Check in with your goals

When making a decision to lose weight, some people have a goal in mind. Perhaps it is a number of pounds, sometimes with a specific time frame. Or reducing the type or amount of food until your clothing fits looser or you "feel better." Have you made a goal for weight loss? Is it helping or hurting your efforts? Do you need to re-examine it?
