Committing to Physical Fitness

I am so inspired by the performance of the Olympic athletes from around the world these past 2 weeks. Their personal stories of dedication and sacrifice in their quest to be better, stronger and faster are so moving. While none of us have to be an olympic-level athlete to enhance our physical fitness and reduce weight, we can learn some lessons about commitment from their example.
